You only need to look how this company has started some of the management would of been issued issued shares at a very low price. Go back and look. The problem now is they are burning money fast. When they say they don't want to dilute shareholders with a capital raise that's why you start to get worried. In this market and considering the diffulties in getting the funds to finish construction of the fertilizer plant an announcement of how there going to pay for will be announced. This bear market in spectulative stocks is at stage 1. The next stage which will last for 7 Years. They run out of cash and disappear. Question is will any broker or sophisticated investors invest in a capital raise and take the risk.
