    Lindsay mentioned several times that the phosphate plant opening ceremony was scheduled for 11 Nov to coincide with Angolan National Day. That seemed a big deal because it showed Lindsay has confidence in project timelines and the importance of the project to the gov. People in the MNB forum were excited. But following the announcement, Lindsay never mentioned it again and the date passed without any further news. I assume it never happened.
