Either way you look at this P4 project it's good.
first the P4 plant will likely use the lesser grade phosphate that could be a waste for Minbos such as a grades 20-25% Phosphate. This saves us stock piling lower grade phosphate as waste.
20,000 T/PA is going to be above 100 Million in revenue. The likely funding partner will also be the offtake partner and know doubt technical partner. So that takes care of all of those issues straight up which is a huge plus.
This project comes down to taxation levels, Energy prices and labour pricing which we all know are so cheap. Also having water phosphate at our disposal to run through the Kiln to bake down 9:1 into P4 is one of the highest input costs. Which is pretty much free for Minbos once the phosphate plant is up and running. It makes sense for this project to start before the GA in my opinion. Time will tell I guess. Look forward to reading the Desktop study in 9.5 weeks making it around end of year. Hopefully on time.
Lots of reasons to back this company in for solid future SP growth.
later this month - Funding and GA environmental studies and approvals hopefully.
