It did sound like there's a lot of work going on behind the scenes and the reason they can't provide clear guidance on exactly what path they are taking and the timelines is because there are options and they are exhausting the options which will provide the most benefit to SH's before attempting contingency options. At this point, those options have not been exhausted but they also haven't been satisfied. Hence the radio silence. A lot of the options are dependent on other parties. Parties who are performing due diligence and in many cases, dragging the chain.
Not much we can do but wait.
