The interesting dynamic now is stock liquidity.
Small retail parcels can be shunted back and forth, but moving millions of shares at this point is an issue.
The business plan appears to remain intact. The current issue is the implementation.
If the market is informed of specific timelines, then the liquidity issue will disappear as investors will jump on board.
If rubbery announcements continue, then the buyer/seller trades will be inconsequential and a penny dreadful stock price the result.
Substantial holders will be trapped. I would suggest "they" are also now putting pressure on this company to deliver data and are demanding reports.
IMO the next announcement will have specific details regarding the current situation and the unfolding events to occur.
It needs to be realistic in content, as the market needs to know the true status of this whole project.
May not thrill retail investors but at least all will be informed.
