    No, chuk, for example, they could say P4 is still in progress and will be released soon (unless there is some issue, which they SHOULD ALSO advise).

    Also, I have never seen a termination notice delivered this casually ever. At the very least, there will be impact analysis on cost, delivery timeline, etc. Here, nothing, just a mere "terminated due to breach of contract" as if it were a business-as-usual event.

    They either announce bad news very casually, or not at all.
