no idea why people sell at this depressed price. The tradeoff is so asymmetrical: if it goes down, quite unlikely to be down under 7, so that's like another 12% decline or so. The magnitude (not necessarily the likelihood) of an upside from here is quite higher compared to downside.
So unless one has a very strong confidence (> 90%) that either a CR is coming or that announcements are not happening, selling here is just ... hard to understand. One doesn't get much money out selling here.
