cash at the end of June will be $1.6m and they are burning about $400-500k per month at least so I would say they have another 3 months before they need to raise money which means they should be thinking about it now
it would be a 15c issue price if they did it today, pray to god they can pull a rabit out of the hat. Selling down our interest in Dinge is the best option but that is unlikely to happen in the above time frame given they have not even completed the acquisition yet
