You're right. It was a broad small cap sell-off and the tax loss selling period.
Now that that's over and the sp is recovering, are you trying to convince holders to sell?
Below is the global micro cap index IWC and below that, MNB. MNB is only down 1c or 7% over the 12 months. IWC is also down 7% over 12 months. Many ASX lithium stocks and other small caps are down much more.
Looks to me like MNB simply followed the IWC down with a bit of a time lag. Now MNB is starting to follow IWC back up, again with a bit of a time lag.
IWC has pushed above its moving averages. MNB is still trading between them. My bet is it will break up above the 200DMA as well.

No compare the three year performance. MNB (bottom chart) is strongly outperforming IWC. IWC is up around 18%. MNB is up 6 fold.
MNB is clearly rewarding medium and long term shareholders, not sucking the blood out of them as you put it.
