Not a problem Carlton. I'm in a position now to retire even if MNB goes down hard so I'm comfortable to hold and obviously that's because I expect MNB to go up rather than down. Just need to sell my business first to retire. It's taking time. Buyers probably cautious with the higher interest rates and regular news of builders going broke, retail sales down, etc., doesn't help.
