The chart shows that we just put in another major low recently at 9.3c (that was on very low volume below 10c) and that the stock is now due a move back up towards the top of channel.
7c would take a disastrous announcement and looks highly unlikely now that the company has its final environmental approval and signed its binding sales offtake with a major food processor allowing debt funding to conclude. More likely funding will be secured soon and the top of the channel will be tested in the next 6 months or so. Fundamentals would allow for the top of channel (around 25c) to get broken once in production.
21c in 2021 was probably too much too soon but we are now probably around 6 months from production and 21c is now easily justified. It might take the funding news to get us back up and above that level but that news is getting closer.
Moving towards production could see the trend accelerate higher.
