My understanding is the IDC loan is now set in stone, however still subject to the now 2 remaining CPs. From an investor point of view not much different to what we had before, now only 2 CPs instead of 4, and we know the IDC is still keen to loan the $14m despite the time it has taken since the 1st announcement. I believe because of this signing, under continuous disclosure Minbos was required to announce this.

Totally agree with the comments from others today (bearing in mind I have many on ignore) about no update on when the SWF funds will hit our accounts, and what the Board requires to commence stage 1 of construction. The SWF funds cover stage 1, but will they go ahead with construction when they have the $10m in the bank?

The BAI loan seems further away from what I thought. Although they say “legal and regulatory processes are expected to take a number of months” Given the Angola constipated system, I believe they are being upfront, however I’m led to believe the approval will be considerably quicker than that, though access to the funds will be within that timeframe. Does the IDC CP require access to those funds or just the loan approval? I believe the latter based on the SWF investment being approved, though we are still to receive the funds & the CP no longer applying,

As I say, many questions, I think they need to address, I know the company has had a lot of feedback from this announcement, which hopefully they’ll address shortly.
