It's only the smart money that is buying now. MNB have surely got an idea of the potash mineralization. The synergy will be quite remarkable as they sit on trend to ELM and over their current phosphate structure. If they find this of economical grade, the profit margins will be really high.
This firm will most certainly be taken over by Chinese interest as they have multiple billion dollar projects with the Angolan government and oil companies in Cabinda. There are not many phosphate and potash firms with such a low market cap. A 250Mt phosphate estimate will by itself get us on to the radar.
If the ECB and FED start printing more money shortly, we will see higher food, gold, silver, fertilizer prices. Of course, we will see much more volatility, in my opinion.
MNB is looking bullish at the moment but needs a catalyst.
