    Read their comment again. It doesn't state that they won't need a cr but it is the logical conclusion considering US$30mill will cover the remaining costs, including working capital, to get into production.

    "Non equity funding currently being pursued with several parties being engaged to deliver the remaining ~US$30 million CAPEX for the Plant."
