I have been really struggling with MNB's logics when it comes to timeline. Delay in X won't lead to delay in Y, which won't lead to delay in Z, and yet we keep having delays in X, Y, and Z, starting from DFS to everything after.

I'm not sure if Chuk was reporting Lindsay's response verbatim, but Lindsay apparently suggested it won't affect timing by any 'significant amount.'

Open to interpretation what that means exactly (only thing to be gleaned with any certainty is that it will affect timing).
