Good point. I know nothing about building fertiliser plants in Angola but if this delay wont affect the the timing of production then that could mean they could have anticipated delays at some point and factored this into the initial timeline estimates. Or if everything was running on schedule then they would have the pleasure of announcing they are ahead of schedule. Or they could have left the finished plant sit idle while they take a vacation for a few months while we're all thinking they're hard at work.
