Project managers can (potentially) adjust the construction sequence, or being in additional resources, to recover lost time.
But yeh, Lindsay seems to be indicating that the project will be delayed by a 'non-significant' amount of time. If the delay was significant (i.e., material) that would need to be immediately disclosed to market. A lot of subjectivity about what constitutes 'significant' though.
