An ability to raise and a need to raise are two different things. The ability to raise doesn't affect a sp. A need to raise might. Mnb said in its quarterly that they are in discussions to raise the remaining US$30mill through non equity means.
The need to raise does not appear to exist nor should the market be expecting it. If some in the market do expect it and the company announces the non equity funding, then that would probably mean more upside on that news.
Besides that, I'd be much more comfortable with a company that has the ability to raise if they need it than a company that can't raise funds when needed.
