    re: Ann: Mindax Concludes Capital Raising of ... After this capital raising, the Top 4 shareholders will hold around 60% of the company. This includes Andrew Tsang, HSBC nominees, Jupiter Mines and now Lion Asiapac. Very tightly held.

    Nice to see that shareholders werent shafted with a capital raising at a price less than what was offered to shareholders. Its always good with a capital raising at a premium to the current share price, shows good confidence in the company.
