I don't know Klue. The current customer base seems to be high-end architectural and other design offices (VW, Arup, Foster Partners), plus Universities who use Rhino and are into fancy computational design. The Revit release will be accessible to far more people, and then the success will be down to having good features and broad marketing/promotion.

I'll provide some more thoughts once I've seen the video launch.

I think the Solidworks side has been neglected whilst they roll-out Revit, but Solidworks has a similarly large number of users, and no reason why Mindesk shouldn't push on with improvements to that version now (I believe they are enhancing it).
