Sometimes they can take years. Months definitely. You must be mistaken. And by sometimes, a lot of the times. Once again as specified above this isnt buying a car. In fact i cant even recall an MOU that ive seen thats taken days and weeks. All for contrasting opinions, but your way off base with your comments.
