Yep hopefully the understanding is correct here and this is directly how it will go. Once the ministry reject it (which they certainly will) there will be no leapfrogging to higher courts and the supreme court which would take like another year!
If this is the case great news. Just hope the Macro environment improves and China stop dominating the EV space. I would say that is the reason offtakes seem to be taking longer than usual, and may continue to do so. I hope I’m wrong but how many European or Japanese car company’s can sign a deal with us when they are getting crushed by China atm especially Nissan. I understand our anode may not be solely for automative purposes forever but the quickest offtakes we can sign are with automative company’s, and this space is in real realll hot water right now. Come on Mark you can do this mate.
