Optimist: no further info needed, likely no issue with approval, which will happen soon; good communication from the company in the interim
Pessimist: not approved until approved, who know what else might crop up; in any case the market sentiment has already factored approval into the SP, so no jump in SP will result if approved, and if not approved, we will sink like a rock; interim communication is just a sign of desperation for any "good news" announcement.
