Depending on the terms of the JV, NST may have the ability to charge for the milling services. It may end up being closer to a 50-50 split, than 90-10. Devil is in the detail though.

Here is some of the detail from the ann dated 17/09/2015.
Not sure if it was updated (as that ann states 85/15 JV split and it's now 90/10 split).
For those unaware, Saracen (ASX:SAR) is now ASX:NST.
