I have held PEN for well over a decade. I'm more than happy to hold at these prices even if a cap raising comes along when I will buy (all things being equal).
What about rushed IX development and get it wrong? How do you assess that?
(Although I don't think a miss would be fatal just something to tune (fine tune if not too bad).)
