Btw I miscalculated on how much we'd get diluted on sandpiper. Apologies if i misled anyone. I had allowed for MAK's share of UCL but forgotten how many more shares they have on issue now to figure we might slightly gain. Taking the total MAK share base into account UCL is right that we get chopped back. The compensation is a share of Wonarah which should be ok long term but many may not be interested.
