There are many different ways to look at, maybe im being simplistic also, you could compare MIZ to BGS or BDR. BGS has the same MC as MIZ but might be many years and capital raising away from producing anything, if ever.

BDR produced 28000 ounces last Q at a cash cost of $1190, they have a MC of $440 Million and about $60 in dept.
MIZ aiming to produce 6000 ounces a Q by early next year at a cash cost of $700, MIZ has a MC of $11 Million and $ 2 Million in dept.

MIZ has investor presentations in Melb and Syd this week, if some one likes what they hear, they might come out line wiping.
