Where do the DTs come into picture? This share has hardly any volume for last 6-7 months. If anyone buy for trade, they have sell at same price or less. Looking into MC and 15m cash at bank, the company look undervalued but KBL has 22m debt (10m loan and 12m in notes) and low commodity price and higher $ are not helping either.The company is paying million in interest every year. The note-holders won't get that much return from dividend on blue chips shares. Someone said, they make money if SP goes up or down. Don't they get more shares if SP is low when it converted? imo, there are reasons company is stuck at 4c. If you bought on the basis of fundamental, you need patience with this company.
