Not yet. By the time they might need a cr, the govt offtake would be announced. That was flagged as being close to finalising after the license was granted. That news and other developments are likely to push the sp higher before any need to raise cash.
When they do need cash for capex, I expect most of the roughly $30mill will come from debt financing because of how strong the financials are, together with the support from both the government and the International Fertilizer Development Centre, (the "global leader in
developing and delivering African fertilizer projects"). The country certainly needs projects like this to help the farmers, feed central Africa and help the economy. That also should help with debt funding.
