Pros; it takes a long time to get mineral leases granted in the NT so they will be ready for A$6000/oz
Cons; Mineral leases cost a lot of cash. I though this is why the deal was done on Old Pirate which has boomeranged back.
It looks like not enough ounces to go it alone? The only mill going is a fair distance down the dirt track at Newmont.
Is it a sign APAC wants it included in studies with NST. Maybe the plan is to haul it to Hemi. It will be bitumen all the way by the time Tanami Gold gets the studies done. "Commissioning planned by mid 2014• Targeting +160Koz by 2015"
