I don't think a merger with SBM is a good idea. They have major capital requirements on all 3 projects not to mention Atlantic has permitting problems and Simberi is under strategic review. IMO a merger with either RMS or WGX but my preference would be EVN however I doubt they would be interested. NCM may be interested in buying McPhilly's which is only going to cost more money and IMO would be better off selling it and buying a project already in production. Let's hope the SP gets a major lift on some sort of good news.
