This is what counts...
RRL have just over 2m ounces of actual reserves. McPhil at this point is just ridiculous. It will still be years before it ever actually gets into production.
For such a large company, to have a mine life of just 4 years.... well... it just makes it clear as day why its undervalued. The market knows that RRL low cost, high profit ounces are in the past. Just to keep trying to replace reserves, is going to mean stripping the big open pits more, higher costs, lower grades etc.
Reserves are down... simple.
