from what I have read RRL has been putting a lot of money into capex there so seems to be a pretty good relationship. Tropicana imo is way down list of issues. Problems with Duketon in terms of ASIC and lifetime is prob the main issue. If can get Duketon back to being a low ASIC reliable resource that it was 5 years ago future looks pretty Rosie and Rrl is a steal at these prices with a book value of 0.6 and what could be the beginning of positive cash flow. If Duketon is drilled out it’s over. Shorters are betting Duketon is done. But market can be wrong all the time. Just worth realising that the 10 percent short interest has a lot more resources and market knowledge. Orher option is hostile activities to facilitate a take over. Looks like that might be a possible issue atm. However high short interest has been there for a while.
