IMO I think RRL is a sitting duck for a T/O as it has been sold way below value. Twiggy wanted 19.9%, smart money. I think RRL should be the aggressor and go after a small producer whilst on sale. McPhilly's is becoming a pipe dream and the amount of expenditure to get it into production it is cheaper to buy an existing mine. Lets hope something happens soon because these shorters need to be burn't
