The shareholders on here aren't the ones putting ACE up for Sale.
Selling ACE shafts the small shareholder now with the latest update imo
Over to the Directors now. imo
Its not that hard to receive an income stream from Four Mile and realise its true value. imo
I believe now its impossible to justify a sale by the Directors.
Win or lose in Court.
If AGS lose, the stockpiling is not a major issue. They only have to get through until further Sales following on from what has been sold to date! (How much is that by the way?, Have they received it?)
The major issue is the Reduction process and now only having 15%. (Dec 2015)
The upto 40m raised from the 60c CR became bees to the honey pot for every/thing/one other than what it was intended for (ACE's share of Mining Costs). Only in my opinion!.
Nothing makes up for not having 25%.
IF theres more to this than meets the eye, unfortunately we shareholders will find out when its too late.
Somewhere along the line to date, it appears to me, some-one from AGS's side made a wrong decision and the rest is history. imo
We now rely on luck to get out of this mess. imo
