I should also point out that 'Investment Industry rule of thumb' for valuing resources in the ground are usually circa 1%
i.e. take for example a Gold company with a 1m oz gold resource (inferred) they will probably be valued by the market at c. $13m not the 'in-situ' value of $1300m
valuing this Inferred Copper resource at 1% would give a value of $3.75m to THR not $375m
