Billing has never in his long life negotiated and arranged finance for a 'world class' asset.
Billing has never taken an asset from exploration into production.
Billing has never arranged a legally binding off-take agreement.

No experience.
No (serious) finance.
No customers.

but you can still make money here, as long as you don't believe the hype and watch your investment carefully...
