    well holders, looks like this mornings announcement was just to clarify to investors what the annoucement on 4/4/18 meant but still sold down.
    appears as if holders of escrowed shares through Agama are VERY weak holders and just want 4c per share.
    news just keeps on getting better but still anchored in low 4s??
