Not Really the CEO may be committed to deliver a production plant provided they can get finance. They got pretty strong register along with a very competent board. I think retail shareholders is hurting the SP as people want returns next minute they buy the shares. Sell it after few mins if it doesn't go up. They need decent retail which I may come, only when they see progress. No one likes no man's land. May be few quarters of progress and updates might give some traction to the SP. (Sadly, the Board cannot control the SP and how shareholders react)
