tutes,.. As i understood it its was also about producers that clam to be able to produce X amount but will come well short of nameplate.
And to your comment PEN has previously produced uranium,... as you know that was "well short" of nameplate and uneconomic after many attempts to lift production amounts and the "real reason" it was idled as PEN had contracts in place.. But you know this tutes..
