IMO the 400.4MT figure is very interesting number for the new resource upgrade.
Scenario A) - pure chance arrived at >400.4MT
Scenario B) - management set 400MT target and liaison with resource consultant has resulted in just scraping in at target tonnage with a few tweaks.
Scenario Tin Foil hat) - Interested party expressed a target tonnage which will trigger further negotiations, also involves scenario B.
