the delayed ANN is NOT good news, people got caught in the pump, no matter how hard some posters here trying to convince otherwise. this is not going to be the only delayed ANN we are going to receive, slurry pipeline, port construction, mine construction, all finished by end of 2024?! that is the optimised result, but two and half year is a long time, we don't know what is going to happen, so be prepared for the coming disappointments.
