And it wasn't any crazy once in a lifetime deluge--just a fairly normal kind of day or so of rain-showers that are common (when they decide to happen lol)
Historically the rainfall charts for BH area showed more chance of rain in the winter period than other times overall --admittedly I haven't looked at that chart for over 20 years but it wont have changed much--so until they have some kind of formed up gravel road from the bitumen into the site, then any rainy periods Will result in disruptions to their hellishly (imo) tight schedule...
