Great find. I think you have highlighted a very important point (which has obviously been raised by experts) that there is significant risks moving forward at that having some old letters of intent for off takes doesn't at all mean this project is a guarantee.
Lets hope management are working on this (no doubt they are). Maybe we will get some more news on these risks in the next month or so?
