I have seen this happen so often on the asx I think it is again time for shorting to be banned as it has done before, good announcements have caused price collapsed so many times I have stopped counting, shorting is fine, but what is happening on the asx at the moment is shorting in partnership with manipulation of share price, takes the risk out of shorting is you know someone else is pushing price down for you, the losers are always retail shareholders who decide to sell out at a loss.
I have seen this happen so often on the asx I think it is again...
