thanks mate, I thought so too, but now I'm concerned about the wording surrounding 'final pricing & quantum' in the Call Notice ANN.
LDA has to subscribe at least 50% and a maximum of 200%.
Then it states that Hawsons intends to put up to 25m shares to LDA.
Up to = maximum of 25m shares that's how I read it.
