Cameo, I don't want to get into a pissing competition with you over this. It is impressive that you can list the equipment used in a mine / quarry to reduce the feed to the desired size. But I don't think you have the required skill set to select the correctly size equipment for a job like this. You don't use a vibrating pan feed for a 160mtpa, this will be a job for a series of D4 to D6 apron feeders. You set your grizzly bars (gap) to the maximum feed size for the following (secondary) crusher. Again a job like this primary cones would be sensible for the required tph. Blasting (Chemical crushing) is always the cheapest means for size reduction but this is no different to any mine / quarry.
