Many steel mills already have or have access to cheap solar close to where they are located in the right location and cheap hydrogen production will soon flow. But the stuff is hard and expensive to transport which means you need to be located close to source like never before. Hio is sitting smack bang in the middle of a convergence of resources with the ideal feedstock.
