    Refer back to Daz08 (as much of a pain in the ass he is) he explained in detail this exact thing would happen down to the 30 day call notice.

    Again a capital raise involving SH would have been a far better option especially considering they were only wanting 10mil.

    Anyway it is what it is. Just have to ride it out now and hope for a economically viable BFS
