This s..ks big time! To buy $2M shares in Barra in the last few months on-market would have trebled the price. Trading has drifted down on nothing volume. It is opportunist at the best possible interpretation of events. Even if they offer other shareholders the same price for a placement - they have just dragged everyone's price of the rest of their holding down. NOT HAPPY!
